Yeah, the problem was he shot him on his land but then followed him as he walked back and got into his car on the road outside and shot him again. Excessive force.
As far as I know we have the right to use 'reasonable' force to defend ourselves and our property. The courts determine what's reasonable and what's not.

The thing that annoys me about Optimistic is that he constantly ignores questions put to him by people who disagree with him. He says things like 'good day' and 'goodbye' when a question is put to him. If you put up your opinion surely you should be prepared to defend it?
