How do you feel about genetically modified crops Ali? It's extensively use here by Big Ag, and has greatly increased yields. Of course some people are afraid of it. Are they used in your country?
Here in US they lowered standards to get into medical school because not enough minorities could pass the entrance exams to satisfy affirmative action proponents. They replaced academic excellence with a willingness to dispense social justice. They literally want modern doctors to feel comfortable advising people to consider end of life choices instead of expensive medical procedures. Perhaps it makes sense in an over crowded world.
We have different levels of nurses here. What you describe would be called a nurse practitioner. Which is becoming more and more likely you will have the experience of seeing sans a real doctor.
Here in the US our universities have been dumbed down to the point of worthlessness. It's all PC and social justice crap. It begins at a young age with the everyone gets a trophy concept and has evolved into safe places for snowflakes. They prefer diversity of races to diversity of ideas. Chinese are some of the most discriminated against in universities admissions standards, to keep their numbers in check.
It hard work for the farmers around here despite the advances in modern equipment. So much luck is involved. And farmers work massive amounts of hours.
