Once upon a time, there were a beautiful pair of pink stilettos. These stilettos had faithfully served their owner for 20 years. They were comfortable, and although being heeled and soled many times, they still had their gleam and shine. They would be taken out on a regular basis to dance the night away,in the local clubs and bars. Their owner was faithful, and true, and never once thought of discarding them.
Then one day a dreadful accident. The heel of the left one was caught in a rut, and snapped off!
Disaster! Immediately they were rushed to Dr. Shoemaker. But they were pronounced DOA. Their owner was distraught! Inconsolable!
I tell you this story, Ladies and Gentlemen because of the plight of some little ones.
You see, the stillettos were having an illicit affair in the wardrobe, with a pair of combat boots! In the world of shoes, this was a step down for the stillettos. Of course you couldnt dance around a handbag in a pair of combat boots!!!
There are babies involved here Ladies and Gents. Poor unsuspecting little ones. Because of the illicit affair, these poor unfortunates are neither Combats nor Stillettos, they are Combettos. Shunned by both sides. Loved by no one.
Camouflage stillettos. A sorry sight. A pair, no less. Sweet little pink camouflage combettos.
Now there is a sadness to this tale, my dear friends ... who will love these little dears? Who?
