Maybe the reason why so few people post on the main site is that the language barrier to the non-English speakers is so great, that it kept people away.
Although English is the normal language of communication,only yourself, Lutz and a few others post in English.

In case you hadnt noticed, darling, the steering wheel was on MY side of the car.
If I had had proper directions as opposed grunts, then I might have actually made it to our destination without breaking the law. YET AGAIN!
Then when your freind got in the car, it was a perfect ride. Plenty of communications, concise instructions, and in plenty of time, as opposed to "WHOOOOA, we wanted that last right we passed. Why didnt you read my mind???"
I think I would rather take the bicycles for a swim in the canals!!!!
Being that I sort of cover the majority of Europe in one week (Switzerland, Germany, Netherlands, UK and then back to Germany) I guess that makes me a European ...

I am in Amsterdam again visiting Alex before I move to Germany to start teacher training. I am putting my mastery of English to good use, and so that Paws doesnt think I am a lonely person, I will be surrounded by loads of people.
I will be popping in from time to time, but it will be less.
My Grandparents were childhood sweethearts, they met when they were shildren working down the mines in Newcastle, in the North of England, and then married when he was 18, she was 16.
They clebrated their 75th wedding anniversary, then she passed, then almost to the week, one year later, he passed.
I loved listneing to him and his stories were alwaysd slightly different to hers-
