The best way to find out about women from another country is go there and talk to them.

After you get past their national stereotyping, then you will find that the majority of women want the same things as the women from your own country.

done it twice so far.
Once was a move of about 7000kms, the second was about 1500kms.

Both involved moving from one country to another. One involved moving continents.

The first one lasted nearly 6 years.

The second one will never end!

I once ran a little exercise.

I put in the title of the thread something so reprehensible that any sane person would not enter thread.

It also carried a warning of some sort.

It was ran after some Australian poster ran a thread about sleeping with animals.

Well, my experiment ran to a couple of pages. It went to prove that even though you can put a warning on a thread, people will still want to read it!

Moderators in an environment like this would be a struggle.

As has been mentioned before everyone has an extreme opinion on one thing or another.

Plus there are now a lot more "regional" boards to consider. Who would "man" those?

Plus, common subjects in the hands of the wrong moderator would cause outrage if he/she/it were to hack and slash at certain subjects.

The insulting obnoxious people are being weeded out. But it does not necessarily stimulate rivetting conversation.

Thats what the voting button is for.

Mods on this site? Wouldnt work!
