As a shy wallflower, I am in fear of not rejection, but the fact that a woman will say yes!! Then I have to start playing the game. I enjoy the company of women for who they are. I enjoy the different perspective, the breaking down of stereotypical attitudes, and then the openness that comes from realising that men and women can be freinds without agendas.

Are the right wingers so paranoid that they think that there is such a thing as an American civilisation? The US as a civilisation is only a baby compared to others. Your society is ever-changing. With the influx of Europeans, Latins & others, there will never be a stationary "civilisation"
I can say the same about my own society. Its only 1500 years old, also a teenager when compared to the Egyptians and the Chinese and many others, that I have no knowledge of.
How can I complain about the dilution of the WASP in the UK, when the influx of Asians actually adds grace and tolerance to an increasingly graceless and intolerant society.
