RE: question for the men out there...

Let me have crack at it.....the men who you are looking for, range from 33 to 50, what responses have you received from the 50 age group?

An answer will precipitate an opinion.

RE: question for the men out there...

Forgive me if I misread the many posts and threads on this subject and yours in particular, Daniel, but was there not a problem with your partner's children? And, your partner's health at the time?

Of academic interest now, but neverthless, I would interested to hear your response without being thought to be intrusive or inquisitorial.

The affair is in the public domain now, but you are quite welcome to mail me privately.

RE: Was I Foolish?

"Would you pay that much to save your pet or was I foolish"

No, my life's savings would be on the line to save Paddy for just a few more months as long as he wasn’t suffering as a result of prolonged and unnecessary treatment.

RE: Is it possible to fall in love with someone you only know online?

Duly noted with respect.....thumbs up

RE: Is it possible to fall in love with someone you only know online?

Oh!....and just a footnote......if there are genuine feelings, outside of the forum platform stage, keep the on-line relationship to yourself!

Failing which, you may be discouraged by thoughtless, mocking and unkind innuendo behind the scenes, people who all think they know your business and feel entitled to make public comment to the detriment of these forums and human dignity.

RE: Is it possible to fall in love with someone you only know online?

About the best reply on here.........although 7 months of correspondence with one person, a few misunderstandings along the way and one humiliating public failure, would have been enough for most men to thro' in the “trowel”. (Sic)

But if you're Irish, you pick up the spade and start digging the foundations again.....irish

RE: A Beautiful Proposal

He's a lucky fellow, you kept that quiet!.. wink...No chance for me then?...... wave

RE: why do people love the irish so much

I have no idea, but have posted a pic on my profile of my Irish "cousin" and life long friend Seamus, at the cottage.

Look at the expression on that man's face, proud, haughty and naughty. A horse breaker, he's Irish, what else would expect to him be. Irish friendships stand the test of time and we have ball every time we meet.

And no, you can't have Myrna's telephone number, she's happily married, and living in Argentina....rolling on the floor laughing grin
