What I put out is me....everyone may not like it but that is the way life goes...I don't expect everyone to like me, they are not going to and I have other things to do with my energy besides worry about what everyone thinks or making everyone happy. I do like to get along with others and I do for the most part. I know my nature is friendly but I also stand for my convictions. If I witness an injustice, I will speak my truth because I have a passion for justice. Someone told me the other day that was not flattering for me to do. But why do I need to behave just like them? I know I am not always right and that I make mistakes but I am not always wrong either. My motto is to live and let live. I don't need anyone to tell me that there shouldn't be any conflict. There is conflict all the time and actually you learn more from people you disagree with than people you agree with. But we usually work it out among ourselves and we learn at our own time and pace. I think friends just accept you the way you are, and give you the freedom to be exactly who you are. So I don't feel I need to act cos I really enjoy people who are genuine and I think that is a quality those people enjoy about me.

I agree regrets make you humble and vulnerable this is why we do question our mistakes and learn from them. But when you have done all you can do there is a time to let go cos there is a lot more mistakes to make.

NO REGRETS! When I did it, it was what I wanted and the best I knew at the time, but I have never wanted to hurt anyone and always sought to be better and learn from my mistakes. I have probably been hurt a lot more than I have hurt others so I had to learn to be forgiving and accepting of myself for not knowing what i didn't know and learn to set boundaries and take care of myself.

My daughter was 5 when we laid on the sofa and watched that movie together....when that scene showed we both laid there with tears streaming down our eyes.
