So far away, and yet so dear, The feeling grows slowly, But, still, one thing is clear. Semper fideles, that's what I am, Always faithful, and the rest, well, I don't know What does it take to make Mary's garden grow?
I'm not handsome, no, not with these ears, But cute I might be, after a few beers. I am the wind blowing, across your face, I am the reason theres a word called disgrace, I've had adventures along the River Styx, I am nephew to the boatman of Hell.
The sword dreams of being a plow, The warlock dreams of ending the row, The soldier dreams of his family back home, The poet dreams of not being alone.
What is this dream, this Lady, to me? She is two parts inspiration mixed with destiny. What is the lesson that she will teach? That patience is a virtue hard to impeach.
Tis not a skirt, tis a kilt, Said with enough vehemence, To make flowers wilt.
And yes, ladies, in response to your query, Only posers wear dainties, When clad in Scottish attire. Real Scots wear nothing Under their clan colors. They were invented in The days when chamberpots Were all the rage. Easy access, as it were, And gaurunteed to cause her A bit of a blush When the wind comes calling All in a rush.
Why is a kilt called a kilt, Because many men have been kilt For calling it a skirt.
I lived through the Mt. St. Helens eruption. I don't know if that counts.
Why havent I moved? Well, the Earth is a dangerous place everywhere.
I figure ground zero suits me best. Then I don't have to be one of those dazed ants wandering around aimlessly after the gasoline has reached the queen.
I seem to have heard somewhere that the disappearances are related somehow to the Philadelphia project, which was alleged to have torn a rift in the space-time continuum.
Personally, I think that's another conspiracy theory. The triangle disappearances have been going on for centuries. Unless the rift is that large, and if it is why hasn't the entire world disappeared, and if it did, where to?
This is primarily a dating site after all. Reading emails on a dating site is...something I can't say, without resorting to words that are less than polite.
But I will continue to follow the forum rules to the best of my ability.
I like the fact that the place is free. So I'm willing to abide by the rules as I can, with a slip or two here and there. I don't intend to break the rules at anytime so....
I miss about a thousand people who have touched my life and are now no longer with us.
The Dayglo' Crazies...y'all died so young, from what you did to yourselves back in the 60's and '70's. Karma sucks. To each and everyone of you, I raise my glass.
My father, my uncles, my brother: Keep on keepin' on guys, hope you find the Mother Lode in the sky, where the streets are made of gold, and life is apple pie.
To my grandfathers and grandmothers: Y'all finally decided to join the party up there eh? It's not natural for parents to outlive their children. Onerery old cusses.
To All the Cleveland Indians that have died before their time, sorry you couldn't make it to the reunion next year. We'll see ya all soon enough.
Am I welcoming you to America? Sure, why not? Lot's of other people get away with it, and I don't even like most of them.
Not for any particular reason other than its hard to like people I don't even know. I know you. You like to growl at me. So far, I don't think that's illegal.
I make a distinction between what I consider moral, and the legalities of our land. I prolly do lots of things already that are illegal, but I dont consider them immoral, and so far I get away with them.
This is America. My dad always told me that in America, you're free to break the law until you get caught.
I'm a citizen. I don't hurt anybody, and so my behavior is the province of my conscience, not the government.
RE: When u r getting bored???
That's me pulling my face...
