Republicrats... it doesn't matter... they are all playing on the same team!
Vote LIBERTARIAN!
Actually, the Bible talks about wars and Armagedon, a final world war. If I interpret it correctly, if I remember right and I have a memory like a rabbits tail, short and fuzzy , they are set up for war but God intervenes and destroys them all and brings on the 1,000 year reighn on the earth for Him and his believers.
I am not an "endtimes" specialist or "theologian" or anything and I don't study the Bible, so . Perhaps someone else can enlighten us???
I do believe that this world will end soon and we will be transformed to a new earth in new bodies... A new begining as the Myans speak of. 2012 anyone?

Many voters believe that Ron Paul is "Too Old". Bob Barr is 59... is that young enough? Let's do some research on this man... Tell us what you find out. Do you like or dislike the Libertarian Party? Why? Do you think he would make a good President? Would you think about voting for him? Do you think the other candidates will run the country more fairly? Do you Really want CHANGE???
“My views go beyond, and my principles go beyond, simple adherence to a particular party. The reason that I have entered the race, the reason that I seek to be the Libertarian-party nominee, is to put forward an agenda for the American people of libertarian philosophy and libertarian principles that would seek to maximize individual liberty and minimize government power.”
Meet Bob
Bob Barr represented the 7th District of Georgia in the U. S. House of Representatives from 1995 to 2003, serving as a senior member of the Judiciary Committee, as Vice-Chairman of the Government Reform Committee, and as a member of the Committee on Financial Services. He now runs a consulting firm, Liberty Strategies LLC, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia and with offices in the Washington, D.C. area.
Bob Barr chose to join the Libertarian Party because at this time in our nation’s history, it is essential to join and work with a party that is 100 percent committed to protecting liberty.
Bob Barr has served as Regional Representative of the Libertarian National Committee.
Bob Barr works tirelessly to help preserve our fundamental right to privacy and our other civil liberties guaranteed in the Bill of Rights. Along with this, Bob is committed to helping elect leaders who will strive for smaller government, lower taxes and abundant individual freedom. Bob Barr also occupies the 21st Century Liberties Chair for Freedom and Privacy at the American Conservative Union, and is a Board Member of the National Rifle Association. Bob Barr is also a member of The Constitution Project’s Initiative on Liberty and Security, and he served from 2003 to 2005 as a member of a project at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University addressing matters of privacy and security. In fact, recognizing Bob Barr’s leadership in privacy matters, New York Times columnist William Safire has called him “Mr. Privacy.”
Bob Barr was appointed by President Reagan to serve as the United States Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia (1986-90), and served as President of Southeastern Legal Foundation (1990-91). He was an official with the CIA (1971-78), and has practiced law for many years.
Thanks Portiea for all of your comments here. You are a true animal lover and a wonderful human as well!
I suppose I am now glad of her new interest in mice, if she catches more of them. Maybe if all of my "stuff" wasn't in her way, it would be easier for her to catch them!
Do you think I should still get the kitten? I love cats as they are more independant than a dog. I can leave a cat at home to fend for itself, with an automatic feeder and water, when I am gone on a trip. As long as it stays OFF the kitchen counters and the diningroom table, it's okay.
What if it doesn't like to catch mice? I could probably train it, let it get the scent of a mouse the next time we catch one. Possibly then, it will crave mice like the dog does?
I have only recently begun reading on him. Not near enough, mind you, but I have read some. Will have to do some research and now I have good ideas for future threads!
Well dear, I care and I believe he is a much better choice and it just may be a way to get Ron Paul in the Whitehouse too! Still don't know if Ron would join up with him. Ron says he is staying with the Republican Party and not running on an independant ticket. We will see. It could get very interesting! Lets vote for him anyway... at least we will have a clear conscience that we voted against the crooks!
Mastic... I am not placing the quote of the "Ball of Confusion" song here, but it is to it in which I refer.
Amazing... that song was out in the 60's! It sure does seem to apply TODAY!! Looks like the U.S. has been a mess of confusion for quite some time now. Thanks for reminding us of this song. I always liked it back in my Hippy days, of course I am still a "Hippy", just a little older and wiser.
I have noticed lately that many of the songs from 'back then', bring on a very clear meaning of the message on world affairs today. Many of the bands expressed this then. They could "see" when many others could not.
Oh yes, she does the squirrel thing too! I have 15 pecan trees. The squirrel love it here. One in particular will play with her for hours. She will see him out the window and bark her "squirrel bark". It is different from the other barks. I let her out to play with him. He will even go down the tree and get within 3 feet of her, knowing he is just out of reach as she tries to leap up at him. He turns and twitches his tail at her, enticing her. They go at it for hours till she is tired and worn out and finally comes into the house.
We had a couple of squirrels in Texas that would come sit at the pond below the living room window and entice her till I would let her out to play. They would "cover" each other as one would keep her attention so the other could get down from one tree and run to the next tree. It was so funny to watch. She has sat out in the rain for 2 hours, staring up in a tree at a squirrel the entire time.
RE: How do you Think the World will End
Speaking of those no good flourescent light bulbs which do not help someone as blind as myself see anything in the house at night...I have 2 which are burnt out.
Where should I dispose of them? You can not throw them away, they contain Mercury, a dangerous Toxin. I burn my trash.
Anyone know where I can take them?
