Also, Wilson went to Africa to find out if Iraq had in fact been purchasing uranium there and found out it absolutely was NOT true. The report was given to the whitehouse, that there was no substantial evidence that Iraq had WMD, and they tried to silence that report and in revenge of that report, thus, the leaking of Valerie Plames identity (Wilson's wife, a CIA spy) to Scooter Libby. Cheney gave the order to Go to War with WMD as the excuse, Knowing it was a lie.

What's wrong with diplomacy? Isn't that better than flatly refusing to talk to your enemy? We talked to Moscow during the cold war and probably avoided WW3 in the process. Globalism is an approach to politics that sees individual countries as being "states" in a global government. One approach would be to have something comparable to the United Nations govern the world. Another approach would be to have every nation become part of something comparable to the European Union.

Do any of you know anything about the Council on Foreign Relations? (CFR) The CFR was founded in 1921 in order to build a "network of globalist support groups."

The CFR is highly influential because its membership includes high- ranking politicians. Among them are Senators and Congressmen, some of whom are running for President in 2008. In addition, there are high- ranking politicians who have connections with the CFR (and are thereby influenced by it), even though they are not members of it.

In 2005, the CFR produced a Task Force Report which was published as a book with the title "Building a North American Community." (You can get the book at

According to the Foreword, the CFR Task Force offers detailed proposals that are based on the "Texas summit of March 2005." This was a meeting that President Bush held at his ranch with President Vicente Fox of Mexico and Prime Minister Paul Martin of Canada. After that meeting, the three heads of state issued a press release announcing that they had made an agreement to form the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP).

The Foreword also says that the "central recommendation" of the report is the establishment of a "North American economic and security community" by the year 2010. The identity would be trinational, rather than national. We would lose our national sovereignty.

We can expect the recommendations of the CFR to be taken seriously, because many of the Democrats and Republicans who are running for President in 2008 are either members of the CFR, or else have ties with it. In addition, others are globalists, and the CFR is a globalist organization. (The following information comes from the "US Presidential Candidate Fact Sheet" of Hope for the World, Summer, 2007. The research was done by Gary Kah and Carl Teichrib.)

DEMOCRATIC CANDIDATES

Joe Biden is President Emeritus of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Hillary Clinton was a guest speaker at the CFR. In addition, her husband founded the Clinton Global Initiative. Both Clintons are strongly globalist.

Christopher Dodd is a member of the CFR.

Al Gore has been a speaker at the CFR and appears to be generally supportive of the organization. There is no definitive CFR membership information, but many secondary sources present him as being a member.

Mike Gravel doesn't appear to be a CFR member, but he is strongly globalist.

Dennis Kucinich is not a member of the CFR, but he is strongly globalist.

Barack Obama's wife Michelle is the director of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs. (This is the Chicago branch of the CFR, but under a different name.) Barack Obama has spoken at the CFR in Washington, DC and at the Chicago Council on Global Affairs.

Bill Richardson is a member of the CFR.

REPUBLICAN CANDIDATES

Sam Brownback doesn't have any connections with the CFR.
Neither does Jim Gilmore.

Newt Gingrich is a member of the CFR. He is also a 33rd degree Mason.

Rudi Giuliani has given presentations to the CFR. The law firm that he works with (Bracewell & Giuliani) is directly involved with the NAFTA superhighway program.

Mike Huckabee doesn't have any substantial connections with the CFR or other globalist organizations.

Duncan Hunter has consistently voted against globalist free trade programs.

John McCain is a member of the CFR.

Ron Paul is the founder of the Liberty Committee. He has consistently opposed globalism.

Mitt Romney isn't connected with the CFR.

Tom Tancredo isn't connected with the CFR. He has taken a strong stand on securing our borders.

Fred Thompson is a member of the CFR. According to the US Presidential Candidate Fact Sheet, he may not be as conservative as he appears.

Tommy Thompson isn't connected with the CFR.

This is very good Daniel. You have stated, this as in committing for life. But I ask... Should we not use this same character in all of our relationships, in friendships, and even here on the site as we post? What would make a lifetime commitment any different? If we were to treat everyone equally in this manner, what specifically would make that lifetime commitment more bonding? More special or significant? Or... Is there really a difference?

I suppose the outcome was good, putting an end to the sickening genocide, but killing 60 million people, I would in NO WAY say was good!!! The money... who cares about the cost. You can't put a price on the life of a human being.

I find genocide the gruelest and most exhibited form of hatred ever known to mankind. All for selfish greed for the few. To think that even one life has no value, is something I can not fathom, but 60 million???

It was a good thing, the act of war, to end the atrocities which caused the war.

It was a good war as it brought Freedom to many and gave others who would have been killed, a chance at a new life.




And I must agree with my friend Sparkey... I hope we do not have a repeat of this.

This would be a very good idea, but calling it "manic" would not work, as no one would want to admit at any time that they are having a "manic moment".

In all seriousness, perhaps a category called, "I need to Vent" or something of that nature, where those of us who want to help may go to render compassion to those who are hurting and angry.

Then we must all decide now, to agree not to be sucked in, to comment on the posts, no matter how inticing it may be. If no one responds, sure, it can work. But there will be those who do not come on often, or who do not realize what is going on, or new members, who will post anyway.
Hopefully folks will have enough wisdom to discern it and not respond. I have found that ignoring works great.

I would never want to retaliate negatively, but do as Trish has previously suggested and done, to send an encouraging, positive private email to the problem poster.

I read alot. I dig. I research.

I have friends whom I exchange articles with and we send each other links, etc. I could hardly remember where I have found out everything.

Just google: Skull and Bones or Illuminatti or Secret Societies. Many of the websites have links to other websites. There is lots of info out there. I have found out much from reading the Washington Post, or MSNBC, watching 60 minutes from CBS. Yes, google it, they broadcast it and have the transcript, it is the first thing to come up on the google search.

I have a copy of a 1963 Cosmopolitan Magazine with an article, listed on the Cover... THE LURE OF SECRET SOCIETIES, which stated at that time that 12 million Americans belonged to secret fraternal organizations!

Many are comming forth today to expose these organizations for what they are and revealing their agendas.

Being born and raised in Miami, Fl. myself, I know also of preparing for the Hurricanes. You made sure you had emergency supplies on hand and boards to board up with, along with all the hardware to secure them.

This was exactly what I thought of when I read your thread. We prepared for the hurricanes, we should prepare for fallout and war.

It's only been a couple of weeks back that I did the research on nuclear fallout, downloaded the free ebook and began getting supplies together. I found out that my area is not in any immediate danger, only that of fallout carried by the wind. It is important not to get any of this stuff on you. They tell you how to wash up if you do.

It okay Robert, so many have not given it any thought.

We want people to think it out, as you did. That is why I sought to bring this post back from the dead.

I do not live in Fear and no one should...

Fallout is easily survived IF you know what to do.

Taking a few minutes to read an article that could save your life, I would say, well worth the time invested.
I did not know a thing about fallout, until I began to google it and did some research. I would rather be knowledgable than ignorant like an ostrich with his head in the sand. I could also help others in my area not to panic.
FEMA already has evacuation plans for every major city and targeted areas. There are maps to show the target zones for each state.
They have spent much time preparing for it and helping us to prepare. Should we not also acknowledge that it is possible if not probable to happen?

I believe there will be nuclear attacks throughout the country, possibly following the Crash of our economy. I have been preparing for awhile. I have a private shelter, stocked with enough food and water for 2 weeks, portable stove, disposable toilet, baby wipes, air purifiers. Bed, sheets and blankets, lamps, flashlights, shortwave radio, extra batteries, and much much more. You should prepare for a 2 week stay.
