Does it bring on early heart problems???? Emphazima, asthma or other problems besides being a major cause for lung damage, and cancerous cells...... that can mestasize in to cancer?
I smoked 5 to 8 cigarettes per day and still had a near fatal heart attack. I ate healthy and exercised... but still smoked even if the Dr could not believe that smoking that small amount .... put me in the category as a heavier smoker.
Medial journals ..... is where I read about it. Worked in a medical lab, after finishing college. This is where I read up on it..... and I was a smoker at the time.
My boss is adopted. She found her siblings, knows her medical history, her biological birth mother's history. Do not know about the father's history... if she has that.
She is close to most of the siblings or half siblings. She was fasinated to find out how some of them are so similar personality wise, and physically.
My aunt met her daughter (given up for adoption as a baby) and it just floored everyone how much alike they were. They at their hamburgers the same ... even how they preferred the pickles and relish etc. They definately looked a like. As if they were looking in a mirror. My aunt knew she could not take on a mother role for her daughter after they were reunited. It was a positive reunion. My aunt also was able to pass away at ease knowing her daughter was raised well and loved, and meeting her daughter that she never forgot was more than she could have asked for.
My mother looks after foster kids. They still come and visit with their adoptive parents. Some were old enough to know they were getting adopted. (5 yrs old and older). So far they are all happy. Kids know they had other parents. One knows and remembers snips and bits about his biological mother and siblings. He has great parents, and has come such a long way from the time I first met him.
If you go out an TRY and give an HONEST EFFORT, to finding activities to do, it does something to your personality. People that do things and activities, and have a life away from the internet, do better than the ones that just hang out on the internet .. and not do anything else like sports or join a group.
It can be as simple as taking a walk... put your head up, and don't be afraid to look at people. Take a drawing pad a long... never know you might surprize yourself.etc etc etc.

Hey kiddo.... it's not you. All date sites get slow at this time of the year. Summer is when many are out and about enjoying the weather.
My friend had been on the single sites for 2 yrs before she met her now husband.
It takes time. Make some friends, and see where that leads you. JMO, if you get impatient, it will come across to the ladies on here, and that might scared them a bit.
Guys I have talked to, have said they avoid the females that come across as desperate to have a boyfriend.

Yeah.... the mayor wanted to change one entrance to the LRT because it was not not visually pleasant or aesthetic to Churchill square.... 3 bleeping million ..... to change the appearance of that entrance....
I totally agree with what you are saying. Many business's were affected by the no smoking by law When only the bars were allowed smoking areas some restaurants had to apply for a liquor license to allow their patrons to smoke.
I have no problem with a business having a smoking room just for smokers, even if in the building with all the enclosures and exhaust fans.
I remember some bars had smoking enclosed areas... even restaurants. There were problems for the people that were waiting on the patrons, if they did not smoke, and boss's would still assign them to the smoking areas.
I respect a person's choice to smoke, I just ask you respect mine as a non smoker. I am not going to get in your face and lecture, or go militant.
When we go visit my parents, they nag and lecture my oldest son about his smoking. Every Sunday... weird part, I can not stand their nagging about his smoking....
I feel that if their right to smoke is taken away, what other rights of myself and others will be taken away?
Smoking is banned from most buildings, and bars. In the bars, it might be just about 2 yrs not really sure. Owners complained and so did patrons, but their business's are still going strong. When I did smoke (5 smokes a per day) still hated being in an area where there was lots of smoking. (Yes, I was a hypocrite).
Where I live, I think the government makes too much money from the tobacco business... so would the government totally ban smoking... I doubt it.
I have watched co workers watching the clock, or just get up from their desks to run out to have that smoke. I am relieved that my life does not evolve around smoking. (just my opinion, don't mean any disrespect)
