That's very true. Like most of the surveillance technology it is wide open to hacking and takeover by hostiles. I would not like to be on a plane where the flight attendants could render me unconscious because you know if some idiot shouted 'bomb' they would just zap everybody.
They are not in use yet because they introduced the body scanners instead and they like to roll this stuff out slowly to avoid public outcry. A bit like putting harness on a horse. They did begin chipping school children a few years back. That's pretty common in Europe now too. Only rfid chips in their clothes. Even London police have chips in the boots... in case they are kidnapped? No, in case they go dossing or turn up late... Anyway it's all on the way and only the very naieve would believe otherwise. These bogus abduction reports are just part of the plan to sensitise the public into asking for it instead of feeling it has been thrust on them.
3V has a €5 top up fee and €2.50 transfer fee for unused funds with a maximum of €500 on the card at any one time and I think a maximun of €2,500 per year. They expire after 3 months but funds are redeemable or transferable.
What are the relative facilities and condition on the Moneybookers? Are the top up outlets widespread?
Millions worldwide have already had microchips like the Philips HITAG 2048 or the Verichip inserted in their hands. Most of these people have had them inserted voluntarily for convenience in respect to employee tracking, access to home or secure facility, ease of secure transactions, etc. Others like Alzheimers patients may not have given full consent but that's another argument, or maybe it isn't. Tens of millions carry smart phones, which are tracking devices but what the sort of hysteria around 'child abduction' may set the scene for is a more mandated tracking mechanism, on the wrist, or in your compulsory identity card which Fine Gael is moving to introduce. It's almost ten years since Lampard Less Lethal introduced the EMD Safety Bracelet, which is basically a tracking device and stun-gun in one. Their blurb talks about how people will 'feel safer' on a flight where these are mandatory and we all know how hysterical people crave that safe feeling. Lol
Minister Shatter is an Israeli Citizen and as a Jew his allegiance must be to Israel before Ireland. That's just a fact. The letter came from the Israeli Rabbinical Court system because that is where it was sent. That is a fact. I am conjecturing that Minister Shatter knew of it's release or indeed asked for it's release but I think that is a reasonable presumption and not a 'theory' and I agree it is not a fact. I would have strong reservations about giving someone with such loyalty to a foreign state access to our most secret material considering the lack of respect Israel shows for the lives of us 'goyim' (cattle) including Palestinians. And that, unfortunately, is also a fact.
I think The Matrix has a scene where they remove the protagonists microchip?
We are slowly moving towards a fully electronically monitored society. The trick is to get society at large to not only allow themselves to be chipped but to ask for it. Fear of an external enemy is the classic method of driving a population into the protective arms of big brother (the Barbarians are at the gates) but since us Irish have few enemies we will have to be conditioned in a different way. To protect the children, for instance. Set the tone with no smoking in cars to protect children and then move on to daily reports of predators stalking children to create enough hyteria to bypass the thinking centres of the brain.
Yes, that's a great idea. Chip all men, it's the only way to protect the children. But then of course to avoid gender discrimination we will also have to chip all women. Chips all round... to protect the children! In fact the best idea is to chip all children at birth... for their own protection.
Seems like only yesterday that was a 'conspiracy theory'.
Why did the Israeli's leak this letter? Are they trying to interfere with the democratic process in Ireland? Maybe Minister for Justice Shatter might ask his brethren the next time he is getting his Mossad instructions and passing them on our Secret Service files.
I think someone is preparing the public mind for an abduction of yet more of our civil liberties with all these 'abductions'
So many 'abduction attempts' and yet an adult male has not managed to get a child away in his car. 'He' must be a very weak man?
I heard someone say the 'Ferbane abduction' which was trumpted twice in so many weeks was in fact a family affair over custody. Anyone know more about that?
I can't wait to see what they are trying to introduce with all the hysteria. Motorway checkpoints? Chipping of all cars?
Yes he can but unless there is good grounds for it a challenge can be brought by a newspaper. It has happened before. Where and when is he up again? Anyone in the area can go to court and hear his name.
I wonder why his identity is being protected by the court? That is usually to protect the identity of the victim when they are relatives or know to each other. Surely the court could not have the authority to protect his identity for his safety?
So many people live to worry. You can however live life to be happy. It's a choice not a matter of circumstance. Children can learn this from their parents instead of learning to worry.
Yes, be paranoid and if possible very very hysterical. And if in doubt just panic. And don't forget to change your profile pics too because you never know someone could be......
