The All Ireland Talent Show some weeks ago featured The Cloughaneely Marching Band who seem to be a typical representation of young Irish people today; talentless, obese (the girls) and seemingly contented as pigs in Shhht with their lot. My last two girlfriends were English, so I think that shows my 'hands across the ocean' spirit. Lol! Plus I watched yesterdays game with two of my closest friends, both of whom are former British Army. In fact I felt sorry we beat England because my mates were so gutted. I don't particularly feel any loyalty to my own team which either spits during the national anthem or refuses to stand for it, preferring that awful 'Irelands Bawl'.
