Am mm was no one else but taught that you change your under garments DAILY....underwear, bras, socks.....DAILY!!!!!
In saying that I try if at all possible not to wear socks...never liked them...I wear footies when I can, and forever in wedges for the summer months...
Memory in the not too distant past, was a weekend away with the girls to Edinburgh....easily one of the beat weekends of my life.
...and the saying money doesn't bring you happiness fits perfectly.
One of us had recently become single at that time and the 3 of us decided at the last minute to go to Edinburgh on a shoe string.
We got there at the tail end of the Edinburge Fringe Festival so the buzz was still in the air.
Lots of excitement, dares that cannot be mentioned, drink was flowing, dancing was plenty and just 3 single women letting our hair down and enjoying life, before the complications of boyfriends/husbands and kids and mortgages.
Car games on the way up to the airport. Fun and frolicks during the day...albeit with massive hangovers ...viewing the sights and sounds and smells of a beautiful city.
The friendly open and warm Scottish people from the airport taxi drivers to the hotel management to the bar staff...
When it was time to go our measly trip money was whittled down to sharing in 3 ways a blueberry muffin in Edinburgh airport on the way home....and back to the hum drum life of jobs..cars and responsibility.
Are you in the city? Or crescent area? Lana the Asian street food place is fab..just doown from the southcourt hotel down past centra...south court is fab too!!
