RE: Do women spend too much on clothes, make-up and mobile phones?

Really? And what am I preaching?

I usually say you are an idiot. I'm not making that up.

When I attack you, Lee, I'm being offensive, not defensive.

No, when I "attack" you I am very sure of myself, although even if it were otherwise I can't quite see why that would mean I wanted to be a women.

I don't attack women just for the sake of it, if that's what you mean. And when you attack them you always end up second best so I really can't understand why you keep doing it. confused

RE: Do women spend too much on clothes, make-up and mobile phones?

That's right, bigjob, I was the one who asked that question. If you think that only the OP's questions are relevant, you shouldn't have answered it, should you? scold

RE: Do women spend too much on clothes, make-up and mobile phones?

Well maybe they attack because you attack them first. And I don't see what's so brave about criticising anyone from the safety of online anonymity, you daren't even put a photo on your profile.

But, to stay on topic, what are your criteria for determining what is "too much money" for a woman to spend?

RE: Do women spend too much on clothes, make-up and mobile phones?

Why does anyone have to be devil's advocate? What is necessary about the roll and why do you think bravery is required? What danger are you fearlessly putting yourself in?

RE: Do women spend too much on clothes, make-up and mobile phones?

I think they bargain buy, apart from the ones who instinctively buy, and the ones who strategically buy.

RE: Finding a cruising partner/friend for summer 2019.

You say that as if it's not a worthy pursuit.

RE: Do women spend too much on clothes, make-up and mobile phones?

I have known men who spend a fortune on beer, gambling and going to football, and most seem no less attached to their phones than women are. I think you are being gender biased here, you are denying men the opportunity of being criticized for what they spend their money on.

RE: What do you have on toast?

No but you may very well delay my departure to bed if you stay around long enough.

RE: Do women spend too much on clothes, make-up and mobile phones?

But, of course, his outlay on those things is offset by what he saves on hair products.

RE: What do you have on toast?

How fascinating. yawn

RE: Do women spend too much on clothes, make-up and mobile phones?

Which women, and how much do the women in question spend? Can't vote on something without knowing the facts.

RE: Say Anything

My feet fell off yesterday so I replaced them with a pair of castors. Now, with the aid of two sticks, I can trundle about quite happily, providing I'm on a reasonably flat surface.

RE: Finding a cruising partner/friend for summer 2019.

I am a mature single male, financially just able to make ends meet, almost fit & in good health, who wishes to be invited to cruise the Adriatic Sea -or possibly the Mediterranean- with a young, attractive female.
How do I find an attractive, financially independent, yacht owning female who would be interested in weighing anchor with a dirty old man?
Is there a website that specialises in this kind of arrangement?

RE: Finding a cruising partner/friend for summer 2019.

The best way to avoid looking like a 'dirty old man' is to stop being one.

RE: Rainbow

RE: Meghan Merkle

I doubt if there are any scandals to trump the fact that he looks remarkably like James Hewitt.
