One hour a day? I can handle 20 minutes, but one hour is too long. What if I jog in the woods for 40 minutes plus the meditation? Nevermind, I know it works...just need to get back in that groove since baseball season for me starts soon. Judging by your pics, I believe you though...you look YOUNG! Will you marry me?

Most days without sleeping...

Yeah Ray, I've noticed that. The only way for me to get back on a normal sleeping pattern and to get up early in the morning and go to bed at a decent hour at night is to stay up for a day. Then I'm good until that one night I become a vampire again or just sleep in.

I can adjust back quickly, but it does take discipline. I've tried some binaural beats to align my brainwaves with the delta frequency---usually works and gets me sleepy fast. But damn does it produce some powerful dreams.

That has happened before, getting up like 2-3 in the morning and ready for bed around 4 pm. I force myself to stay up to about 10 or so and I'm good and back on a normal pattern.

I guess this happens when I miss more than two days of exercise. To be honest, I think I can really function okay by staying up for two days, then sleeping for about 18 hours, then up for two days again and sleep again for 18 hours or so. The thing is I have to stay in that rhythm to feel normal---or alive hahhaha. It is interesting though how I was able to pull that off a few times, and I looked fresh and awake---no dark or heavy bags under my eyes and I was able to work out and so on. Belief is power man. In any case, I don't like that shift though. Time becomes warped and really flies by. Hmmm...I don't know, must be this new galactic wave we are getting now hahahaha.

I've discovered that it's very possible to be awake for two days, sleep for about 12-18 hours, then stay up for another two days. Fascinating research going on here.

Fact Check was long in place before Obama took office. It functions to report facts and the link I provided concerning Obama cannot be disputed by you or any other spin twister. If so, dispute it with hard evidence.

Walter Annenberg donated over $2 billion dollars to education and created his foundation in 1989. He worked under Nixon and was good friends with Ronald Reagan. He is a man with a celebrated and honorary background.
Fact Check is legitimate and not one person has been able to refute the website's facts and claims. Why? Because they report facts and don't skew anything. That simple and the end.

Also, I'd strongly suggest to you to look at the true definitions of Socialism, Marxism, Capitalism, and Communism. And recognize the difference among them and see how the ideologies were never truly practiced---and that includes America's democracy.

And this health care reform bill is nothing of the Socialist nature, if it was, it would be more awesome since there would be no premiums and much cheaper.

I hear you! Makes total sense as far as proceeding with change---radical change. It should be a transition without violence. I say that because sometimes people equate radical change with violence. But change is never a smooth transition, as we are witnessing right now---and nothing is really dramatically changing at the core.

The way things are going and the way the 18-29 is registered (independent), and throw in the ensuing generations and how they will vote, it's not out of the question for a new party to arise to power---of course not anytime soon, but in 20-30 years---hopefully faster if the snowball rolls that way. The more the Dems and Repubs bicker and create a disharmonious country/government and culture for us, the more we'll see that those two parties are not what we want in congress or in the Presidential seat---well, at least the bad apples with the hands tied to corporatist interests and capital.

Anyways, this little exchange between us has rendered me severely attracted to you. When can start? lol---jk. :muah:

Hey Desmond. Well said on the last page. I do believe in a lot of Christian principles and in the wisdom of Jesus and all his preachings and messages. I am not a Christian, but this does not mean I don't disrespect Christians or any other religious person. I just disrespect idiots spreading hate and lies around.

I've studied religion/theosophy/philosophy and I am very aware of the 5 main religions in the world, as well as the atrocities that have resulted because of Judaism/Islam/Christianity. Seems you're not on a first name basis with history and why the Puritans came to America in the first place.

I'm agnostic btw, not Atheist. I'm also a very spiritual person who believes in peace and change. You do realize the world is on a tilt right? Change is needed.

And a global world will be the best solution in the future. Single currency, single banking practices and laws---a new world order, yes. To you it means something else, to me, it means a planet of harmony, peace, and understanding...love. Something Jesus would want. Right?

Partly true: The NRA refers here to the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994, which was put in place during former President Bill Clinton's administration. Title XI of the legislation spoke directly to regulations on assault weapons. The law outlawed the semi-automatic versions of 19 kinds of military-style assault weapons, but it expired in 2004. The "assault weapon ban" was always a misnomer, however. Fully automatic weapons – like the military assault rifle carried on battlefields – had always been illegal to own without a very hard-to-obtain federal license, under legislation going back to the days of Al Capone. They remain so today.

Nevertheless, Obama called the ban a "common sense gun law" and favors bringing it back on a permanent basis. Obama's "Urban Policy" fact sheet says he "supports making the expired federal Assault Weapons Ban permanent, as such weapons belong on foreign battlefields and not on our streets."

As recently as Aug. 28, when accepting his party's nomination at the Democratic National Convention, Obama said, "The reality of gun ownership may be different for hunters in rural Ohio than for those plagued by gang-violence in Cleveland, but don't tell me we can't uphold the Second Amendment while keeping AK-47s out of the hands of criminals."

Obama's policy statement doesn't mention any expansion of the expired ban, however. We're not sure where the NRA gets its claim that "millions" of additional weapons would be covered.

Again, that skewed link does not mention or cite Obama indicating that he is going to alter the Second Amendment. All he said was "reinstitute the ban on the sale of assault weapons". You are aware with the "Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act", right? If not, think back when President Reagan was shot. He was referring to that, a law already in place that the Republicans initiated....and something they did right for once.
