What a jerk he must've been. I ran into something similar once. But he emailed me. When I replied, I asked if he was for real or just a scammer, as he was just so darned handsome! He shot back, figuratively knocking me down about everything. I apologized. He completely disappeared.
I actually was reading my emails & saw his pic in a row of pics at the top of my screen. I NEVER email them first, but for some odd reason, decided to do it that time. You never know until you try.
I did this time. And I am soooo very glad I did! Otherwise, we wouldn't be together. He said he'd viewed me, but with the stern look I gave in my picture & how I'd worded something, he figured I was kind of sour on men. I proved him wrong.
I think I'm going to this time. I told you, when we were in SF, that I planned to. Well, I can't go back on my word, now can I? Besides, next time we get together, I won't make you carsick again.
I was thinking about you this morning, Doc. I was watching Trauma: Life In The ER again. Was going to email & see how you were doing. I'm so glad to see you back here & hear that you're doing well.
I was just talking to my honey the other night about this very thing. I asked him if he can honestly say he was in love with his ex. I said I don't think I really was with mine. He said he loved her, but didn't really answer whether he was IN love with her or not.
You can definitely love someone without being in love with them. those are two different emotions, IMO.
I had gotten a scrip for Chantex from my doctor quite a while ago, but never got it filled. I heard & read too much about some negative side effects from this drug. I decided to go back to using the patch & determination.
The first time I quit smoking, I started baking & ate everything I baked... I was a really good baker! LOL!!! I gained 30 lb! But I had no desire to start smoking again... until I was robbed at gunpoint.
The second time, I drank lots & lots of water. Only gained about 5 lb that time.
This time, I have a membership to the gym & intend to use it. I also want to start walking each night.
