I would suppose each of us is in some way seeking attention on this site. Why else would we be here? Even just to post to the threads? Don't we want some view put across that we hold? Is that not seeking attention?
Not mad. Honestly, I did know he was playing there. I was trying to avoid him though. We even went to the bar (near the stage) to get drinks only when I knew he was on break & I looked around to make sure he wasn't talking to people. Unfortunately, he came back while we were standing there.
I surely didn't want to try to make him jealous, because that usually just backfires. If I had any intention of trying to get him back, it wouldn't have been by using someone else to make him jealous.
The most memorable one would be going to Biloxi in the summer of 76. We took our camper & stayed at different parks & with friends my parents had met in the Air Force. Then, we went to New Orleans & visited the French Quarter, Ponchetrain Park & went over the Ponchetrain Bridge (very long!!). After that, we went to Florida & visited Disney World & Sea World. Then we followed the coastline the whole way back home. Also, while we were in Biloxi, we went on the Blessing of the Fleet with some shrimper friends of ours in their boat. What a FEAST!!
Second to that would have to be the recent trip I took with Cat to San Francisco to visit my family. The best part of that would HAVE TO be when I was doubled over from seeing Cat get scared out of her skin by the "bushman"!!!
OK, I made broiled chicken with garlic powder & pepper, couscous, & fresh peas for dinner last evening. Then I went for a walk. Drank water too. I'm working on it!!
I never like to hate anybody. I just hurt, like normal. Then in time, the hurt goes away & you start to see things in a whole new light. Live & learn from the past. Everything happens for a reason.
I made myself an egg this morning... no salt or pepper. Drank distilled water. Now I'm at work, munching on walnuts & drinking more water.
I bought a book last evening on good-carb dieting. It gives recipes, tells what to get at the grocery store for those recipes, how many calories, fat, etc., & helpful hints. It's great!!
