Sturdy? Oh god Selenite, definitely. We'll nail him to the table and the table to the floor..with .big 12inch nails too...so yeh, he'll definitely be sturdy . He won't be going anywhere
Yeh start with say just a half level teaspoon for the first few days, up it to a full teaspoon then build up to as much as you like...from a couple of teaspoons to a tablespoon...
It's not a buzz you'll really feel or notice, it's more like this low level burn that keeps you going and going and going all day. Take it first thing in the morning because if you take it later in the day you'll never get sleep that night.
Ps. not all brands are good, some smell and taste like a slurry pit. Lifestream is my go to brand...It's a strong taste at first so I used real orange juice as a mixer, now I can drink it using just water..you will gag at first though lol...so hold your nose Sel..
When I first entered my search about malt I did it on my Spanish phone and called it "malta" in Spanish but then entered "properties" (as in health benefits" and it showed me a list of houses on the island of Malta
lol...oh a house in Malta? Now yer talking girl...I'll bring you some Marmite for your new percolator shall I?? Tulefell can bring the seeds and lets see.....German can bring Tomcatty, so he can cook for us all
Human traces? Do you mean emotions, feelings and attachments to their own species, children etc?
yes, absolutely. Otherwise they wouldn't survive.
Wrt intelligence;I imagine their intelligence is appropriate to their need to survive and thrive , just as we need a particular intelligence for us to survive and thrive. I'm thinking that if every species on the planet had exactly the same intelligence then sure it'd be all out war and nothing would survive..
There is a species of bird that can tell the weather weeks in advance, we can't do more than a few days and that's with a vast array of technology. I've seen birds chase a moth mid air. We can't do that. Bees eat little holes in the petals of flowers to get at the nectar. We didn't know that until very recently, yet the bees have been doing it for millenia. And no matter how we try, we just cannot pollinate plants the way the pollinators do, we fail miserably.
Wheatgrass, I've been using it on and off for gosh...it must be at least ten years now...
If you want to be like a little duracell bunny all day, then have a good blast of it in the morning and you'll be able to go all day...be careful though, start out with a very small amount and build it up slowly or you could have some very ...lets say..*.embarrassing*side effects the next day ...
Wheatgrass is just very young shoots of wheat before the gluten's developed in it, so if you have a gluten intolerance it's ok to drink...as far as I know anyway...
Jameson and coke does wonders for the spirits too..makes you very happy, very happy indeed..
Kefir? Is that the white creamy drink that tastes a little like yoghurt Tulefell? If yes then I love it..I love all those seeds on porridge too...yummy..
Really Sel? Gosh, I'd no idea, I just loved it..and now that you've reminded me I must remember to get some the next time I'm in town...
When I read you talking about malt I thought you were talking about *gag* Marmite *gag* and wondered how anyone could call that "mild tasting" , It's vile stuff
RE: I have recently "discovered" ...
Ehh no...I'm tempted to ask why..but too afraid to
