I have learned a way to turn on my own immune system. I go into a meditation and begin to visualize my immune system as a fighting army. It is good to learn all the parts of your system and how they operate together. You can then begin to mobilize them. I use conventional weapons and exotic weapons. You will often see me laughing as I blow the hell out of the invaders of my body. I get over illnesses much quicker and have fun to-boot.
