The book is on mind mechanics how to take control of you mind to obtain your goals in life.

Your world is controlled by your mind, to control your world you must control your mind. The way you control the mind is by what you allow to enter the mind and what you allow to proceed forth from it.

If you dip into such things, it will alter your thinking little by little. In time you will do what your mind dwells on.

Please do not write such things! The greatest link to the subconscious is emotion. When you write what you feel it is even worse. You are playing with a raging fire that can consume you.

What you write, if you do not stop, one day you will do.

If you feel that way, learn how to change the things that make you feel that way. There are many books on self esteem, relationships, and more.

Please don't write that type of thing. It will sneak up on you.
