Having recently moved from Alaska - I can say that Sarah Palin did try hard to effect some change - but she was fighting against "the old boy club." Some of her policies did well with the public, others' didn't.
I don't believe she was ready for to run as the vice-president; she's too "green" and needs more experience, in my opinion.

The house we are in has two switches by the front door, one is for the porch light and the other we have yet to determine what it is for. The downstairs bedroom light switch is outside of the bedroom; the dining room and one bedroom upstairs have switches that connect to ceiling fans, but no lights and we have switch on our porch that we cannot figure where the switch goes to.

It's hard not only to accept others for who they are but also hard to accept to ourselves for we are - but for every day we wake up; it gives us a chance to learn acceptance for who others are for themselves and gives us a chance to learn to accept what we are and try to change a little for who we want to be.
