I truly believe that algebra was invented by mad scientists so that they could do experiments on how much pain they could inflict on an individual......
I have seen individuals confuse the "American Dream" with "American Entitlement" and it goes across all nationalities, genders, states, etc.
I am not sure where to begin my 'argument' or to phrase it correctly. I do know that what I have seen and heard has been enlightening as to what others think the "American Dream" is.
Although the Constitution does state that "all men are created equal" it does not state that "all men(women) will be equally equipped with what they would need to succeed in life."
We have the right to forge our own destinies but I do not see many who "pursue" their dreams without expecting that they will be given something for nothing.
If you do buy a home in the US and then plan to rent it out, make sure you find a reputable property management team, that can screen potential renters, ensure the property is maintained and will collect your rent for you and in some cases; ensure that your yearly property taxes are paid and up to date.
I would imagine that a "foreigner" would be able to buy a foreclosed home in the US. It would help to contact a local realtor in the area in which you want to purchase a home.
