If there are jobs ~ they sure aren't anywhere I have been applying nor have I seen the economy "pick up." Things just seem to be getting worse ~ maybe if Congress would give up their "perks" ~ it might help the average person out.
I've been a poor hard worker all my teen and adult years, it's never stopped me from finding love or obtaining my goals. The only real happiness that money buys is some security knowing you have paid your bills.
Frankly, I would much rather have gifts that have meaning than something that had a "brand name" on it.

Born with states or born when man decided that he needed a king to "guide" him? Is that not when intrigue began? Modern politics seems now to be going backwards instead of forwards....IMO.
I can see that from your perspective. Would that not mean that politics in some form or another has been happening since mankind first learned to walk upright?
Black people as in skin color? Or thinking that all blacks were of the same race? Again, I think his findings are preposterous in that he is using a "tag" to identify many different races and then saying that their skin color makes them sub-par in intelligence.
In all of these posts, are people referring to Africa the continent or the many countries/cultures of Africa? To assume that this professor's findings included all countries/cultures of Africa is preposterous; it would take many years, much funding and a ton of research grad students.
Africa has many countries/cultures that have rich histories that show they (different countries/cultures) were much more advanced than other burgeoning countries/cultures.
