Problem is that I'm deaf in my left ear.
No matter how bad things are going, at least your not the guy who got a prostate exam and later came to realize that the doctor had both of his hands on his shoulders.
Sometimes things have more than one meaning. I don't recommend that you go and look at the definitions of these words but if choose to do so, don't say I didn't warn you.
