Changing my description, sigh
I've described myself as "a few extra pounds" from the start but I could always have stood to lose a stone (that's 14 pounds, or 6 kgs, for the rest of you) but now I've put up a new current picture and damnit who am I kidding. Weight has crept up and a bit more up this winter, another half stone has slid quietly into place, and not even I can see 20 pounds as a few. My bra does not capture everything that drops down my front so I can't go for voluptuous or curvy and I'm seen fat and I'm not that. So many words - plump, portly, chubby, well-padded, pudgy, chunky, stocky, zaftig, corpulent ... don't like any of them.So nothing for it but a bit of fun dieting.
Until we few pounds meet again,

You make a lovely couple but she's a bit tall for you
Molly I would never post it.
Anyway weight smeight. Tortoises lie around all day and barely move, and they live to 150 or something. You're fine.

Does it work? Yes.
Is the treatment worse than the disease? Also yes.
And yes, intermittent fasting I do think it's the best, and in an odd way the most natural
Wonder what Maps upto.
Couple of times I'd have crashed and burned without Z, too. I'd phone him almost in tears and he'd work out how to solve the problem, then get it sorted. He should be an adviser on that show!
Having back up like that is priceless.
Healthy is a word I would use...not wanting to be like some of the anorexic women we see out there...nothing wrong with curves...
And yes I know, do or do not, there is no try.
I will start tomorrow! Before teaching? no, I'll be red in the face for class. After teaching is when I have my first meal of the day, and walk the dog, and -
No more excuses. Do or do not.
I will go onto higher protein, smaller meals, my comfort-level of fasting, housework at Hiit levels, zumba, and post a full length photo of the spectacular results in, well, a little while.
(I did lose about 30-35 lbs though, hence the two misplaced stones)
