What the Bible says about divorce and remarriage ?

Today many mainstream churches are being loaded with remarried people including their pastors and high ranks ministers. They seems to live okay with so-called new partners, have children, etc. The church ministers preach that Lord Jesus forgave them for their divorces and new remarriages in which they live, so they will go to Heaven, when they die. But what does the Bible, especially Lord Jesus Christ tells when it comes with divorces and remarriages.
Lord Jesus Christ calls this adultery as we read His Words in Mark 10:11-12, Luke 16:18, Matthew 19:9 ( don't be deluded in word, because of fornication in Matthew 19:9). Lord Jesus openly warns that those who live in adultery that is remarriage for divorcees, that they will not be in Heaven, when they die, no matter they might believe that Jesus is God, but continue in adulterous relationships. Hebrews 13:4. Likewise 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 warns about peoples if they don't give up their sins as adultery, homosexuality, drinking, fornicating, etc in their lifetimes, they by the surprise will end up in Hell.very mad devil devil devil Even John The Baptist did his holy duty to warn King Herod who took Herodias his alive brother Phillip's wife to be his wife, that Herod and Herodias were on their way to Hell for living in adultery. For this holy kindness John The Baptist was beheaded by Herod for preaching the Truth about sin called adultery. Yes, the Bible allows remarriage only on one condition. It is death of one of the spouses. So the widowed spouse has total God's permission for remarriage. Death is setting a spouse from marriage bondage. Only the newfound partner must be or bachelor or widowed, too. Marring the divorcee is adultery as God warns before.
Today about 99% of mainstream churches are not Houses of God, but whorehouses of Satan loaded with remarried divorced people, so are their adulterous pastors are super whoremongers and are ling whores. They will get a surprise, when they die and when Jesus will tell them, " I Never knew you, depart from me ! " Hell is their house !
devil
Yes, in order to return back to the Narrow Road to Heaven, that's Jesus. The people who dwell in adulterous remarriages , at their lifetimes, must to repent by ending up their adulterous remarriages. Yes, taking alimony burdens if is needed. Also forget each others and stop going to the whorehouse mainstream churches and not making companies with unrepentant adulterers and other proud sinners. Just obey Jesus Christ and all Commandments of God. Stay holy.angel

Hello Kat,

I suspect as John the Baptist was a target as he spoke of God's word, you maybe too.

Marriage is a thing in this physical world, i'm not sure weather i agree with you or not on the subject.. I know what the bible says about marriage and re marriage, what do think about people who never get married but stay together their whole lives ?

I have to throw in that John the baptist was beheaded because Harods new missus wanted John dead because he called out their sin, Harods step daughter danced for Harod and Harod said she could have anything... so she asked for John head on a platter, her mother was behind the death of John and Harod really didn't want to kill John..
People don't follow the rules like they used to because keeping to them depends on life being miserable and wretched anyway. You have to be more forgiving where there's opportunity, when people actually have the chance to do things.
Yes, sad sigh , nowadays too many people became lukewarm Christians who hate the sound doctrine of Jesus. They want to be happy, but not holy as God demands us to be. That's why only few who find the way Home, while 99% of mankind go to Hell.

That's for god to decide and not you. comfort
God does His decisions beforehand as it is written in Gospel of Matthew 7:21 and in Paul's Epistles to Romans 9:1-13. Two siblings Jacob and Essau are perfect examples.
I don't know, don't care.

I'm not married so it does not affect me.banana
Good for you. applause
Kat

I hate religious people telling me what to do...Hell must be a busy place...laugh
I'll never remarry, I've had too much fun living in sin.. laugh
Why are you divorced?
Socrates-
I didn't do divorce, I was against it. My wife did it. She divorced me for favor of another guy. So, why wouldn't you ask this question to her ?
I always wonder if I have struck a nerve when the OP ignores my humble arguments roll eyes
MyssMyss-
I am here to preach the Word of God. Not dating adulteresses.
I find it ironic that you would say something that. Because the way I see it, it is not the OP that has had his nerve struck, but that the OP struck a nerve in most of the commenters to his blog. And that includes you.
Kat - did Jesus forgive sinners or did he tell them tongue too late you gonna burn in hell?

And Bigjob - you do know Kat is sentencing your president to the fires, right? nerd Don't kick ME for pointing out where Kat wants us all to go.
At least all the fun people will be in the same place dancing
I don't mean to necessarily say you are wrong friend but are you saying that Jesus preaches that divorce and remarriage are unforgivable sin? If that is the case then I will have to differ from you in that if you read in Romans 8 where Paul preaches that NOTHING can separate us from the love of Christ then where does that leave what you are saying? I am one of those Christians that believe ALL sin is wiped away by Christs' sacrifice and that NONE of us attains perfection until we are within our ressurrected bodies so if that is true then it likewise holds that all sin is forgiven even sin we have not yet committed until either death or Rapture So to say that there is some sin that is not forgiven is utterly false! If this were true then NONE of us would be covered under the blood of Jesus! This is part of the problem of going on social media and preaching...…..one needs to be VERY well versed in what the bible does and doesn't say! If in fact we all are guilty of breaking the WHOLE law of God if we sin in just one area then we,by definition, need ENTIRE forgivness of sin......don't you agree? Reread Pauls' coverage of ALL things, principalities, angels life, death etc,,,,,in Romans 8 once again and tell me if he left anything out? God Bless you friend and ours isn't so much a disagreement as another look at what scripture REALLY says!
