D - Thanks to the Obama bailouts (which have been repaid), the country would continue to do great, even if a dog were president. In fact, it would probably be doing better, if a dog were president instead of Trump. Indeed. a dog would not be hellbent on destroying the progress made in the last 200 years, nor increasing the national debt, nor starting tariff wars, nor alienating allies, nor divisively dividing it's citizens. Trump has had no positive effect on the economy.
The rate of increase has not changed significantly since Obama. It has just continued to improve on the same path that Obama started, despite Trump. Of course, Trump has tried to take credit for it. That's typical of Trump.
