Rainy and windy weather
Is not for paddling.
Good I got fever.

Not to criticize - but a Haiku is 5 syllables, 7 syllables, 5 syllables
The blog states clearly:
It's feverish haiku.
Why the prose?
Haikus can be fun
I'm not great at doing them though
Feverish or not.
I like a woman who makes up her own rules. smile
rain n wind weather
not a day to paddle on
still I paddle on

prose is my thing, not poetry
I groaned that morning
rising sore
thinking virus
oh no!
I am sure!
5 7 5 is it?
I groaned that morning
rising sore thinking virus
oh no I am sure!
the following day
breath laboured eyes glassed I thought
ah, for sure my last

laboured attempt indeed
Rain, wind, and snow knock
visiting my door today
I am deaf and warm

peace
Butts butts butts butts butts
Butts butts butts butts butts butts butts
Butts butts butts butts butts
