Yes ! The wait is over.Rejoice ! Today is THE day.
Some kids consider it a not so secret of happiness.
It's national ice cream day !
Celebrate good.... ice cream.
It's a celebration.
My favorite ice cream is Haagen Dazs rum raisin. Yum !
I played softball this morning in 95 F heat.
On the way home I did some grocery shopping
and learned it was National Ice Cream day.
So, I celebrated moments ago with a nice bowl
of Haagen Dazs with a bunch of raspberries on top.
They are currently in season and I picked a bunch the other day.
I hope you can celebrate this special day
with your favorite flavor of ice cream, whatever that may be.

I thought they only made those during Christmas time.
Perhaps it is in some places in TX too.
