Trump consents, Biden declines
A third party is overseeing the Trump/Biden debate. Trump has consented to being checked for any transmitter/ear piece device, but Biden has declined. That speaks volumes in itself.

"The first presidential debate between Mr Trump and Mr Biden will start at 9pm ET (2am on Wednesday morning in the UK).
It is being held at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio and will be moderated by Chris Wallace, an anchor for Fox News.
The debate will be 90 minutes long and have no advert breaks. The debate will be split into 15-minute segments which focus on six different topics chosen by Mr Wallace and announced at least a week before the debate."

"President Donald Trump's campaign wanted a third-party to inspect Democrat Joe Biden's ear at Tuesday night's presidential debate to ensure he wasn't wearing an earpiece, it was revealed hours before the event.
Fox News Channel reported the request Tuesday morning as more details surfaced about the negotiations the two campaigns are having with the Commission on Presidential Debates.
Biden's team did not agree to the demand, the channel reported, although it is unclear exactly when it was made. Trump's campaign volunteered that he would have his ears inspected."
As long as he's fair to both sides I'm ok with that.

He managed to stay awake the whole 90 minutes.
Biden did great. He just couldn't yell loud enough.
Telemundo poll on which one won tonight with Latino voters shows Trump 66% to Biden's 34%.
Giving out the topics in advance gave Biden the advantage. He looked robotic at times as he recited what he had memorized. The moderator also helped him several times by explaining his position for him.
Giving out the topics didn't help President Trump as he is a one of the few working Presidents we've had and certainly the only one in recent history. So because he works so hard he has no time to memorize talking points and consequently didn't have a lot of detailed information on those points. The moderator would shut him down when he was getting to some great points.
