I heard a word yesterday that British sometimes use and Americans don't... shat.
The woman said she laughed so hard that she shat herself!

A thinly veiled demand for more censorship of views you don't agree with.

Some people are obsessed with controlling what other people can and cannot talk about.

Can we censor the word "whilst" while we're at it? For some reason that word really bothers me. I don't know, seems archaic.

Let's face it. CS got the memo from the DNC just like other social media sites. They control the government now so no need to try to hide their communist mind control anymore. What a coincidence that all the social media sites suddenly decided to unabashedly censor political talk that doesn't support the DNC agenda at the same time and at the very moment their side took over Washington.

The only censoring being done is by the left. The right does not need to censor because their views are popular and people voluntarily subscribe to them. That's exactly why the left censors them. If they allowed people to hear them, they would lose the ideological war. Their only hope is to prevent people from hearing views that oppose theirs and allowing them the free will to make up their own minds. Think Nazi Germany or Communist Red China. That's what's going on in America today with the left.

I don't understand why people can't just mind their own business and let other people talk about anything they want to. Why do some people have to be such busybodies and have to control everyone else?

I see lots of things that people talk about that I don't agree with, don't like, find offensive or just find boring. I would never even consider demanding to make them stop talking about it. What business is it of mine to take away the free exchange that other people want to participate in? Where does it end. If you force me to stop talking about things you don't like me talking about and I force you to stop talking about things I don't like you talking about no one will be able to talk about anything.

Why don't people just mind their own business and let other people talk about anything they want? The answer is that they have a fascistic mindset and want to abolish anything they don't agree with because they are so insecure about their own beliefs. It's a mental disorder.

No Dongg... Thinly veiled or not, I'm not demanding censorship of any kind. Knowing you for so many years, one might think that Nazis, Communists, leftism and censorship all go hand-in-hand.

The way to have peace isn't to ban talking about things, it's to ban people with this mental disorder. They are the ones with the out of bounds issues, not people who simply want to engage in the exchange of ideas.

You are correct the Moderator didn't say religious blogs. I believe it was some bickering that was the reason for their deletion or deleting comments.

Clearly some people are going to defend Jim's tactics but your statement is over-reaching what was being
censored.Does your preference demand retaliation too?

Other than the loss of my blogs on politics and virus health, I've had no part of managements decision to remove those blogs.

In counseling. with select, ego sufficient, non-psychotic folks, gentle frank discussions of their own therapy, ie defenses, and other details of technique, occasionally brings results, when stuck. In the right hands.
So yeah, that idea from Yahoo had merit. But the crowds on CS and other sites don't exactly represent love fests of health. Present company of course excluded.
Posting politics, is of necessity a grey area. Some are more cryptically sneaked in than others. I think the Cyberscrutinizer is doing just fine so far, with what I've seen magically vanish. And the worst offenders genuinely seem trying to substitute topics non politic. Kudos all around. The most severely impaired, well, perhaps not so much, sadly.
It's also a grey area as to how intensely syndromic a few are here, verses those who just are mostly with it, and may merely have moderately deep convictions, yet are able mostly to keep their wits about them.
So lets see how it all unfolds.
Personally, I've always preferred the occasional use of slight of hand/keyboard superficial trance induction, to attract, and to fight my battles, ---over too much of the really nasty stuff. Crowds of flies from honey, vs. vinegar, no?

But we should all wish it were a more perfect world. As I listen to certain Mssrs. Ron Carter and Eric Dolphy. Magic, indeed.
