Old age sleep patterns.
Is that what I have? I, who used to sleep 10 straight? Now, time for bed. But, I am wide awake. FINE! Go to bed, it is midnight. Read. Listen to radio. Turn down radio, turn off light. It's 1, 2. Turn up radio. Turn light back on and read. Eyes tired and yawning. Turn off. And Great..now it is 3 AM!! Finally fall asleep. Two hours and awake. Back to sleep..maybe..in a while. 6 am. Awake. 8. I only had 4 blinkin hours of sleep! ARGH! Sleep dang it. Ok, 9 am or 10..get up. Then at 3-4 pm, nap maybe? Ten minutes.If I followed the medical directions..I might as well just stay up for a couple days then.
Maybe I am coming out of hibernation?
