Christie
I showed someone's posts and mine on a blog to my Giant. I told him that I would post a blog as my next respond to that someone's post. I said I was ready to "fire" as I had "good weapon".Guess what?
He said:
"Let it go, Kal. He doesn't worth your time and energy!"
I said:
"Ok, I will not post the blog. I will not stoop to his level!"
He said:
"Good. That's one of strategies to handle that type of people."
Hmmm.. I am so blessed to have my Giant in my life. Not only is he good looking, smart, sweet and kind, but also he is so amazingly wise!
Thank you, my HB! I love you soooo much!
Sooo now I am blogging a story about Christie, as an exchange.
Wait, I need to get some photos to post. I'll continue asap.
Meantime, I hope you all enjoy your xmas to the fullest with your family!

More than a week ago when I was otw back home from work I saw a little fella. The legs looked strange to me, but because the fella was napping I thought there's nothing wrong with the legs.
A day later, I saw that little fella again at the front of a building not far from my house. It was lifted by a little girl. Then I knew the legs were paralysed. It might have been hit by a motorbike, if not by a car. Poor baby!
With hope I could see that baby again, I bought a bag of kitten food and took a little with me. But I didn't see the kitten when I was otw to the office the next day. Fortunately, I saw the kitten when I was otw back home.
I told my Giant about that poor baby. He asked me about it every time we talked. Sadly, I didn't see the kitten for several days.
Today, it rained in the morning. My verandah would always get dirty after the rain, but I was too lazy to clean it today. I got out only to throw out my garbage in to the outside bin. I tried to look around. Who knows I could see the kitten. But nope, no sign at all.
Until in the afternoon. That tough kitten was in my verandah!
I was like.. OMG! OMG!
Today is 25th of December 2023. So meet Christie, everyone!
PS
I wish Track was here. He would know well what to do. Kal doesn't!
Now all you need to do is to take Christie to the vet, to make sure she isn't sick in anyway, and to have her legs checked out.
Merry Christmas to you and Christie. With your blog, you've shown us all the "real meaning" of Christmas. May you and Christie have many, many, years of love, joy and good health together.
If I want to have a pop at someone, I'm big enough and ugly enough to do that myself.
Otherwise...
I found some people really strange. They thought everyone would read everyone's blogs and comments, esp mine!
Ugly is only Kal-de-Frog
I'm good with that - I didn't understand any of it other than my name was used for no good without asking. *taps foot*
"You're big enough and ugly enough to do that yourself..." is an affectionate expression of my dad's used to encourage my independence as a child.
I don't think he ever sees people as physically ugly unless it comes from their heart, or mind.

Jacs and Track, I'll be back later to respond your comments.
You see, when I get tired of being "kicked", regretfully I will kick back. It's fair, isn't it? Still it's ugly.
The kitten will probably need flea, tick, and worm treatment. Avoid the stuff you get over the counter and go to the vet instead. What you get from the vet is better and won't hurt the kitten. Some of the over the counter stuff can be harmful to the kitten and its not as good as the vet stuff.
You see.. on the one hand, I couldn't stand it when I saw an unfortunate cat. I wanted to help. But on the other hand, I just don't like being too close to the cat. It's scary!
Regarding your suggestion, I'll see what I can do best.
Meanwhile, because Christie has left, the only thing I can do is to take food for her when I go out incase I find her.
Well everyone will have sympathy for this kitten. The main thing that's in my book is that you at least did something positive about the poor animal. If I'm honest with you then I'll have to say I don't like small cats much, I prefer the bigger felines.
Your heart is in the right place and I might start calling you 'Kal de Kat' from now on....
Here's to a very happy and prosperous 2024.
Hi Kal. Happy Holidays, hope you are well.
I agree with Track16.
Id Kitty litter is not a thing locally, try a pan of sand, about an inch deep. If it is acceptable kitty will use it. Glad to see you have a cat friend, Agree on a vet deworming a general check up, and taking a look to see if the back damage can be fixed. If you dangle or drag a string on the ground in front of the kitten, does it show any interest?>
It sounds like Christie needs medical attention before she starts suffering.
But, please take the cat to an animal shelter...
They can fix it’s legs and find a good home for it.
All the cats I have owned were strays...I fed them and they kept hanging around..and they became an inside cat...

I'll be back again to respond.
For now I simply want to say to you all:
Best happy new year 2024.
Hope you all will find prosperity and good deeds throughout the year.

No wait, how about Kat-de-Frog?

If she comes again, I may do so, as I did to Lucky.
People I know mostly take care "beautiful" cats. When I showed them Christie, they're not interested. They said too much works. I found some cat recuers on youtube, but the videos were mostly at least 3 years old. Not sure if they are still doing it.
Besides, Christie has left. I couldn't find her. I can only hope that she is with someone who will take good care of her.
Thank you all for the comments, highly appreciated.
Hope today, Christie would get the chicken.
But this afternoon I had given away all the chicken fillets I bought, still I couldn't see any traces of my Christie. So I have decided to stop looking for her.

You should have asked your giant's mother to cook the chicken.
