What is christmas?

It will not have a meaning at all if you are not spending with someone whom you love and care,christmas are for those people that can spend it happilly not me anymore.

same here i do not have that special person to spend christmas with but it does not do you any good to feel sorry for yourself you just have to try and enjoy yourself and make the best of the situation.

I don't have that special woman to spend Christmas with. I will be spending Christmas with family, my brothers and sisters and my nieces and nephews who I love. Also spend time with Jesus the reason we celebrate Christmas.

I did'nt mean only that special someone but the love of my life are my children, it's been 2 years now that I have'nt spend my christmas with them,though i am celebrating it here with friends but still there is a feeling of emptiness.Of course i do love myself but I am as well a human being to feel lonely and pain.But..this is life we need to sacrifice something for a brighter future of the family.

I have to agree with you Glen. Christmas is all about being with
the one you love & the feeling She/He gives you inside. There's
family to but that's not the same.

I've forgotten what that feeling is like. Sorry to hear you won't
have your kids there. sigh

My thanks to everybody for the nice comments you gave and enlightment, it's a human nature that we feel sometimes an emptiness, sadness and just unhappy but of course we do realized as well that we have to consider situations and happenings that all of us experienced in life but not to the extent of feeling sorry all the time.:)Well...i am not spending my christmas with my love ones but i will make it sure that summertime will be fun time for all of us:)
