Vy - The secret is to only eat like a pig once in a while and equally important is to do some form of strenuous arobic exercise for at least an hour at least 3 times per week.
In my case I play softball on several times throught the spring,
summer & autumn. In the winter I lift weights and canoe. I also do a lot of hiking yearround.

It is an interesting explanation of "pomes". Knowing that Australia was inhabeted by prisoners from England, does this explanation refer to that history, only in the reverse sense of meaning?
