My favorite flower
The following photo is of my favorite flower.I can't really tell you why it's my favorite flower.
It doesn't smell great.
It doesn't remind me of anyone.
I guess I just like the combination of different bright colors
and the fact that it is most frequently found in exotic places,
like Hawaii. I love Hawaii
This one was in New Jersey though.
What's your favorite flower and why ?

reminds me a bit of irises, mine favorite btw i'm fond of both their fragrance and beauty.
and I have some purple, yellow and also purple & white irises in there.
Do you have a favorite iris ?
graceful and exotic flower.
my favourite is Gerbera of all colours.
that was quite intoxicating.

Jim,
I got soooo many flowers "couple" of years ago when my daughter was born ... thanks, all are just beautiful :-)))
Lavender was my grandmother's favorite.
I remember giving her lavender perfume by Yardley
for her birthday.
the blue color in the middle....
So beautiful Jim
I guess it's that bright multi-color that gets me too.
Franz Liszt - Liebestraum
Classical can be OK, but not much innovation for my taste.
Anything but Rap, which is the epitome of monotony.

L - while gladiolas are lovely, they remind me too much of funerals.
Hydrangea again remind me of my grandmother,
because I remember she had large blue ones in her front yard.

T - If I ever make it up to Mich I will contact you and Swiss Miss, so we can share some laughs.
In May, however, I am playing softball on several different teams, so it's unlikely that I would be there then.
E - some people have "green thumbs" and others don't.
I plant a nice vegetable garden each year.
To me it isn't difficult. But some people
would rather buy veggies at the market.
