Thank you El. Mindanao never expected the typhoon to hit there bec it is never a typhoon favorite. But unfortunately the people were caught and unprepared for it. Big, devastating water flooded some cities and hundreds of innocent people lost their lives...

My family is okay. They just experience the heavy rain and some strong winds. Other than that, they are fine. Thanks God!...

terbear, i heard Malapascua is a beautiful place/island. I think it is located in the island of Cebu. Never been there. Its one of my plans to visit next year too. Enjoy the scenery when you come there and welcome to the Philippines...

To escape the cold winter in the USA i guess. I am not fond of winter either, like the slightly warm and vibrant environment.

Yeah, we do have great and beautiful beaches in Phils that we are proud of. Do experience too how hospitable the filipinos are.
