Dear Livin, Well I don't know much about stationary bikes but I do know a good cardio vascular exercise . It's kind of like pushups only with a partner and not quite real pushups . Well it is kind of complicated to explain so if any of you ladys want to come here I can demonstrate the tecnique . Don't worry because I will do most of the work and I'm posative you will feel good about it afterwards . . .
