As promised last week here are some of the photos I took on last Thursday's walk. I'm not too sure what species of bird the little bird is. These birds are very shy and I was lucky to get this and a couple of other photos of this bird using the zoom thingy on my camera. Have a good day/evening everyone.teddybear hug

Hi Sweet,

Beautiful photos! thank you for share them, i think the birds are seagulls hmmm or maybe some other species, but the white one seems to be seagulls vor sure.

You to have a lovely evening youre side! teddybear
Hi Lazly thanks for the comment. I should have made myself clearer. It's the bird in the second photo I'm not sure about. When I walk along the coast I see a lot of these birds flying about. It's not often one will sit still long enough to have it's photo taken. I only ever see these birds along the coast never inland. I've found that seagulls don't mind having their photos taken provided I don't get too close.

nice pics, Sweet, fond memories of the Palace Pier, as a child, and shopping in the Lanes in Brighton, still have family living there, near the sea-front, at Rock-Gardens.cool
I know Rock Gardens WEEPINGMIST. Brighton is a lovely place. I was born in Brighton and when I married my first husband I moved to Portsmouth and lived there for the 13 years I was married to him. I've been back in Brighton for 22 years now. You might know Saltdean. That's where the third picture was taken and the first picture was taken just as I was coming back into the Marina. Thanks for your comments. Have a good day/evening.
yes sweet, i know most of Brighton, and Hove, i lived there for 2 years, in Hanover Terrace, near the race hill, just above the Lewis Road, my dad worked out near the 7 dials, near hove station, i still have family living there, havent been back since on holidays, about 10 years ago, never liked the stony beach, but did travel out to Rottingdean, on the bus to the sandier beaches, when i was young, still have fond memories of it though.handshake
I live near the race course but on the other side. I remember my parents taking me to watch the horse racing when I was a child. Rottingdean is one of my favourite places. I think Rudyard Kipling had a house there.
