loose ends
It has been a long time since i have had nothing to do. Well nothing purposeful to do, there is always busy work to be had, fussing over things that will never really make a difference - i even ventured into the threads today, very briefly as summer madness seemed in full spate again this year and i managed to craft a poem of sorts -m i do miss my former ease with words; a lighthearted gush of pretty that continually hovered at the back of my throat just waiting for a pen or a microphone to hove into view.Apart from sleeping there is not much for me to do. I go through exercises until my muscles tremble, eat and struggle to floss my teeth...floss sticks are fine if you have two hands to wrap the floss with - i now have a gadget with little brushes which is one hand friendly and hs to be better than no floss at all...
The new shower routine is climb in first then turn on the water once i am sitting on the bench then scrub and rub a dub with scrunchies and long handled brushes wishing i could feel the sweep of bristles on my sleeping skin and so feel clean. but i scrub and lather, rinse and soap again until the air is saturated with the zestfully clean scent of whichever soap i am trying out today.
it is only 7 p.m. i cooked dinner for me and my sis and mum already, sorted my laundry to be taken down tomorrow, collected all the ginger ale bottles for return - i found out there is a deposit and even with the advantage of a health care system every penny counts - so now i am reporting my little nothings here. i am going to put some music on and trip the light fantastic (without actually tripping I hope) and maybe then i will be tired enough to sleep. i tried some peppermint oil for focus but my eyes simply do not want to read. it is almost enough to make me sign up for TV. Almost.
