"That's not even a real word!" - I hear you shout!It's true, granted. But aren't noises somehow so much more expressive.
When Iggy Pop goes "UUUuh" it says more than a thousand words!
Today, taking a train into the city, there was a kid, about 4 years old I reckon. He had the whole carriage looking at him, smiling, laughing. He was jumping around and just making noises. Really loud noises. He was great! It made my usually dull journey into quite a pleasant start to the day. Proper little rock 'n' roller!
Is that really so different to what Iggy does? Are they expressing the same feeling? Why don't I feel free enough to do that? Was there even a point to this blog?
