What should I do if one ball swells up?

Say if one ball swells up, beyond 3 or 4 times its usual size then I am wondering what should I do? Fortunately it hasn't happened to me yet but I like to be prepared for life's little challenges.

wave I can help, had this before, received a kick from
a Japanese school girl. It needs lots of sunthumbs up Short
shorts is the answer. Expose the bulbous fella while sitting
on a park bench for an hour. Might be a good time to shave the
rascal and paint it orange to avoid police attention.cool

I'm thinking if I paint the enlarged one red and the usual-sized one brown, I would be able to hide in apple trees or walnut trees, respectively.
