Roast pork

I have folloerd best advice, hot oven and plenty of salt first alf hour. but im concerned it wont be right. I dont really care about crackling, I am happy with the rest, Nut I'm a bit worried is all, it wont be just so.

i'm certain it will be delicious.
i watched an Australian show that featured the gathering of feral goats for exporting. at the time of the recording, they got more money for the goats than sheep.
The results are in... It was ok, the meat was delicuious, the crackling kind of alright.

Could have been a bit more crackly, it was ok but a bit boot leathery.. I hadnt realised thre was a sanitary pad thingy under the roast, but what the hey. It handled the oven.

The veges were about right, overall it went pretty welll.

I hate cooking.

There should always be a warning for inexperience men:
Always remove sanitary pad before basting.

Which is why the strings confused him
No sanitary pad pork would be finne, but thats a hard sell.
these are desperate times. save the string.
I don't mind strings as long as they have good elasticity

Problem I found with roasting pork, takes an hour or so to cook it but 6 hours to clean the oven afterwards sigh I gave up roasting as the taste wasn't worth getting covered in that really smelly oven cleaner mumbling
