Animals are more Human than Humans?

Isn't it sad that animals have more compassion then humans most of the time? Why are we all so caught up in this fast paced life? Take time to show compassion and love in everything you do.

The Post Office

In light of what is happening in our world today, I thought the
following might bring a smile to your face.
A letter from the Post Office... this is absolutely the best!!
We don't know who replied, but there is a beautiful soul working in the
dead letter department who understands LOVE......

Our 14-year-old dog Abbey died last month. The day after she passed
away my 4-year-old daughter Meredith was crying and talking about how
much she missed Abbey.

She asked if we could write a letter to God so that when Abbey got to
Heaven, God would recognize her.

I told her that I thought that we could, so she dictated these words:

Dear God,

Will you please take care of my dog? Abbey died yesterday and is with
you in heaven.

I miss her very much. I 'm happy that you let me have her as my dog
even though she got sick.

I hope you will play with her. She likes to swim and play with balls.

I am sending a picture of her so when you see her you will know that
she is my dog.

I really miss her.

Love, Meredith

We put the letter in an envelope with a picture of Abbey & Meredith,
addressed it to God/Heaven. We put our return address on it.
Meredith pasted several stamps on the front of the envelope because she
said it would take lots of stamps to get the letter all the way to heaven.
That afternoon she dropped it into the letter box at the post office.

A few days later, she asked if God had gotten the letter yet.

I told her that I thought He had.

Yesterday, there was a package wrapped in gold paper on our front
porch addressed, 'To Meredith' in an unfamiliar hand.

Meredith opened it.

Inside was a book by Mr. Rogers called, 'When a Pet Dies.'

Taped to the inside front cover was the letter we had written to God
in its opened envelope.

On the opposite page was the picture of Abbey & Meredith and this note:

Dear Meredith,

Abbey arrived safely in heaven. Having the picture was a big help and I

recognized her right away.

Abbey isn't sick anymore.

Her spirit is here with me just like it stays in your heart. Abbey
loved being your dog.

Since we don't need our bodies in heaven, I don't have any pockets to
keep your picture in so I'm sending it back to you in this little book for
you to keep and have something to remember Abbey by.

Thank you for the beautiful letter and thank your mother for helping you
write it and sending it to me.

What a wonderful mother you have. I picked her especially for you.

I send my blessings every day and remember that I love you very much.

By the way, I'm easy to find.

I am wherever there is love.

Love,
God

More great news on the military bioweapon.......

Wuhan flu.....
Seems like a third allergenic phenotype of this delightful bug has been detected. These viruses, when under strong selective pressure, as via effective counter measures, preventive or therapeutic, can mutate faster than a Georgia coon hound can chase squirrels up a tree.
But don't take my words for it. Ever had more than one common cold per season?
On the possibly positive side, to be added to flu like prodromal/ full syndromic signs and symptoms, and decreases in smell senses, are two more. Newer bumps on the tongue, and redness on the palms of hands, and soles of footsies. Nice.
Recall that Dr. Fauci was well in the loop, VERY well, of US funding for this PRC CCP viral arms research. The same wannabee who is recorded on again/off again---THREE times---on the logic of wearing the mask. Google it.
One of the highest paid US government Democrat-bureaucrat seat warmers. $400 large per year. Think of all the retirement this will require of US tax payers?
Any of y'all rubes outside of government dis-service, and in the dreaded private sector, have defined retirement benefit and pension plans? No? Didn't think so.
Finally, while he did have some initial supervisory role in the failed and costly, VERY costly, lab bench research for a vaccine to HIV, his training is in internal medicine, not in public health. He wouldn't know epidemiologic thought if it came right up and bit him squarely on the arse. Doesn't it show?

All animals are equal, but some are a bit more equal than others. Tootles, all.

Cats cared more than humans do

I got up a bit late yesterday, as there was a birthday party the other night that made me slept late. Though I felt like want to be on bed for a bit more, but tried to got up, as my plants waited for me to be watered. I immediately opened the water faucet connected to a sprinkler, somewhat a water irrigation, to water all my plants. With much surprised I heard kittens crying. Ohhh they were hit by water and cats just afraid of water. I tried to take a look. And a cat is giving birth to 5 kittens,I thought. But there came another one..so 6 kittens. But since they were wet, I put a cloth to kept them warm. At mid day I checked and saw one died..so I threw in a trash. Before I got dark I checked again and gave food which I previously cooked for that mother cat. She keeps on going around me, instead of eating the food I gave. She already hid her kittens transferred to another place, but they kept crying so I wanted to check as they might be wet . Huhhhh I made a step, and the cat bit me up....I wonder why???
Good thing she did not bite me that hard, but I got an anti tabbies shot anyway .
In my thoughts, why she did it, when I was trying to take care of them. I just realized, she was searching for her one kitten I threw. Touched me a lot, how this cat cared so much when she has 5 kittens with her. And humans, there's been news, a fetus in a trash , a baby wrapped with plastic bags ..Ghosh, and the kind news.
Cats have more heart and conscience than humans??? Cats has no shame??? Humans was designed by God as highest form animals, with instinct ...why shame overpowers the thought that a fetus,a baby is innocent, they might have a better contributions in the world if given a chance to live..
Am seeing my wound, a cat is ready to kill, to protect her kittens. Yes I could die because of rabbies....lol..yay doh very mad teddybear

The Deer Whisperer

My Monday & Wednesday evening softball team
clinched first place a couple of weeks ago.
Until Monday, we had won the last 13 games in a row.
On Monday that streak came to an end with a 7-1 loss
against a team we had previously beaten all 3 times we played them.

Our last regular season game is Monday against a team we beat last week.
We had a bye ( no game) tonight.

It was relatively sunny today.
So, after I did laundry and hung the clothes to dry on my backyard clothesline,
I took my camera, hopped in the car and went to 3 nature locations.

First on the list, believe it or not, was a town home complex.
They have 2 very large retention ponds, that not only contain lots of fish,
turtles, mallards and Canadian geese, but frequently there are also
a great blue heron (not today), a great egret (not today) and kingfisher (not today) and a couple of green herons.

I found one of the green herons today. He was near a connecting tube
between the 2 ponds where water passes into the larger pond from the
smaller pond. I looked over the top of the concrete enclosure
and saw him intently looking for small fish in the flow of water.

I wanted to take photos from his side rather than from the top of his head,
so i backed up before he saw me and took off my shoes and slowly went
wading into the pond, walking on top of soft greenery,
finally stepping on large stones.
But it was insufficient to see the heron, who was off to the side
near the wall on the sun side.

I waited for about 15 minutes, but he never moved.
So, with lens pointed where he would likely emerge,
I raised one leg and made a slight splashing sound with my big toe.
That worked somewhat, as he did stretch his neck to see what
the source of the noise was. I was about 15 feet from him.
He saw me, let out a disapproving grunt, and immediately flew
to a tall tree on the other side of the pond.

Well, I did get a couple of shots of him in flight,
but it did not work out as planned.
I was hoping to get shots of him grabbing fish with his beak.

I walked around the pond and found him later perched in a different tree.
But, he was intentionally avoiding me, hopping to different branches,
higher & more occluded from sight.

No big deal, I have LOTS of other green heron shots from FL & NJ.

So, I left the retention pond & town home complex to go to the MUCH larger
Carnegie Lake in Plainsboro/Princeton.
There I photographed swans, black cormorant, and barn swallows in flight (not easy), dragonflies and lots of turtles..

I also met a woman who has interest in photography.
I guess she's in her mid to late 40''s and in excellent shape.
She approached me while i was taking photos of a dark blue dragonfly
whose wings were glistening in the sunlight.
We talked for a long time and she gave me her email address,
so I can send her my photos webpage.

After I left the lake, I went to a large field, where I often see deer.
Several years ago, I also photographed 2 baby foxes (kits) there too.
I did see one of those foxes last year (now juvenile), resting on a fallen dead tree.
He scooted the instant he saw me, which was before I noticed him.

Sure enough, when I got there, one doe and her fawn were in the field about 200 yards
from where I parked my car.
So, I walked keeping a large tree between the deer and myself.
It didn't matter. She was on to me and after a few shots,
she let out a loud snort sending the fawn running away.
She followed, but they only ran about 60 yards and turned to watch me.
So, I walked slowly away from her on an angle, over to the edge of the woods.
From there I slowly walked up across from her and was taking
pictures of her and her fawn for about 20 minutes.

The history behind popular sayings....

so many, we've heard 'em. Rub a dub dub, three men in a tub. When you sneeze, you taste death. And so on. Many have real medical reasons behind them. How about numbers one and two for peeing and pooping, respectively? Have often wondered about these, until, that is, I became a dog owner many years ago. My dogs all kept business things in proper order. Aa-VKH.
