Im the new roomate...

So I've moved to a new city and someone has offere me a room in their flat. So my flatmate / landlord is a woman. Besides my sisters my last and only roommate I had was in first year of university. She has the resting bi#*h face or poker face and has told me candidly that she's mean. And doesn't always wanna talk. I get it, personal space. But how do I navigate around that. I'm an introverted extrovert. So I'm shy but I like to get in conversation, I need the enticement here n there. We won't be BFFs. But I'm not sure how to survive this month. Suggestions please, on how to be the perfect flatmate?

Wtf! What's going on with this world!! Don't you have absolutely no feelings at all about other people whether they are in healthy mind or not??!!!
Why starting a conversation with a person who will disappoint you with their mentality in 99% of chances? Just to check it out if your case falls in that 1%?!!! that absolutely makes no sense!
Regretfully Cs doesn't make any Iq or mental health check before admitting members to blogs, but with our own caution shouldn't we set a grid for others to sort them all before reaching to us?
