I am doing well. No STDs. Praise the Lord. What a report! So I decided to try no sex until monogamy again. It’s difficult for me but I want to do that with a man that I can be safe with(emotionally and physically) in an exclusive relationship. Everyone told me they were clean so nobody lied. Man was I lucky.

However, my cholesterol was high so I have to watch my dairy and egg consumption. I love both of those so I’m not surprised at that report. I am prediabetic so I have to cut down the sugar. My liver and kidneys are perfectly fine.

My CBC count was terrible. I have hypochromic microcytic anemia which means I don’t get sufficient iron. So he prescribed me some. My Vitamin D was terrible so he also prescribed me that as well. I already feel a lot better energy and mood wise.

If anyone is a science nerd like me and wants to read about hypochromic microcytic anemia, I found a study about it in a medical journal. We had to do research a lot from journals like this when I was in the process of obtaining my biology degree. And this is just one way to be anemic. There are so many ways.

I'm rounding the bend with my recent episode of cellphone hell. Most of the issues with my new phone have been eliminated with setting changes and installation of apps that helped fix problems the phone didn't do in it's stock setup.

One concession I made was to select the 'always on' screen because there weren't any visual indicators when the screen was turned off. My two previous models had a blinking light reminder when mail or unread texts were waiting.

This is my first phone to have 5G service and that's no additional charge from my carrier.

Maybe you can recall all the negativity issues people said about 5G, like no signal in buildings, the systems were made in China and capturing all your personal data and the most significant... 5G will burn your eyes in their sockets.

I'm due for an eye exam (and oil change in my car) so probably next week, I'll make an appointment... for both.

I'll report back here should the eye doctor find unusual retina damage.
