Great book! An unbelievable story told in such a believable way. In the audible version, there is an interview with the author at the end of the book. He has sold 4 million copies printed out of a garage, and an advertising budget of three hundred bucks. I can see that with this book. Very thought-provoking ideas about relationships.

I followed the link to Amazon. I was intrigued by the storyline, I am an Audible junky and was glad to see an Audible version. The sample was well-read and the narrators' voice was an easy listen. I will let you!

Love this author. Have read most of her books and she is so readable.

This novel should serve as an enlightening wake-up call to anyone ignorant of the many ways a repressive culture fueled by a hateful religion can and does misshape the mind of the common Abdul. Leon Uris masterfully demonstrates the depth of insanity that marked the Arab culture back then and probably continues to this day.

Nearly every year, legit Biblical scholars are making new archeological discoveries that continue to construct an ever-increasing body of evidence in support of many of the Bible's statements, claims, and stories. However, some of the events that it reports, such as the great flood, may have been passed down from previous civilizations, like the Sumerians, or possibly from an even older civilization that is yet to be proven to have existed, such as the mythical Atlanteans.

I had a friend left school at 14 yrs shes on dating site saying she has a degree . She did adult education course to get carers work . She meets guy off a dating site . He is actually university lecturer in the field she pretends to have degree in . They're having dinner first date she tells him she can't remember what she did in her degree !!!! No second date .So online there are people like her . She wouldn't be described as a scammer but a liar . What's the point pretending youre something youre not.? Youll get caught out worst part is when other person feels lied to taken advantage of . There's no shame in admitting you don't know something . I don't have a degree . Sometimes when I'm with person with degree I might not understand something I just say I don't understand that . People happy to explain and you're happy to learn . Just be yourself be honest . You dont have to lie honesty is always the best way . If you're caught lying the trust is gone immediately.

I think most people today realize that Lewis Carroll's relationship with the real Alice was most likely inappropriate and that he was likely a paedophile . He was obsessed with Alice and the whole book could be viewed as a convoluted fairy tale he made up actually describing s*xual abuse of a child . I know when I read it as a young teenager I felt confused and unsettled by it . Alice's parents banned Carroll from contact with their daughter for a l6ing period of a year or so but he wheedled his way back in His photographs of Alice posing semi naked aS a little girl would be viewed very differently today now we are aware of paedophilia and the grooming process.

Loved it. Kept me on the edge of my chair scared of what might happen next.

Great read for followers of the last world cup in Russia AND HAD A FEELING THAT SOMETHING JUST WASN'T QUITE RIGHT.
The farcical penalty kick that turned the game France's way after several minutes of mind changing deliberation no doubt set some people up financialy for the rest of their lives given the vast amounts of money swilling around the game today,

The Titanic was a tragedy but I always think fondly of the ill fated ship, I also wrote another short story "Titanic In New York" a what if story, were it never hit the iceberg but was destroyed by conspirator for insurance money.
