You are so right. I've noticed that many times myself. Everyone should get into the habit of washing their hands regularly and not only after using the toilets. Nothing more than good manners and respect for oneself and others.

According to one guy I questioned about their lax practices I was informed that since their hands do not touch to yellow rain and a shake will dry it there is not reason to think it is unsanitary.

I wash mine BEFORE holding "Willie"..
and I was taught not to pee on my hands.. I wonder, do women use Listerine??

Just playing the devils advocate here. The skin on my "Willie" is just skin, just like the skin on my face, in fact it's probably cleaner because it isn't exposed to the elements all day. What about when you shake hands with somebody you're touching their skin are you not? What about french kissing? I've read where the mouth is a foul place for bacteria. Saying one should wash their hands after touching your member implies that your little man is dirty. It's almost an insult.
